1) Google will look at each URL on your site as unique, one of the things you should pay attention to is to have similar pages redirect at the end the one page using 301 redirect.
so for example example.com and www.example.com and www.example.com/index.html and www.example.com/ are considered 4 different pages. what you need to do is to redirect all these pages to one using 301 redirect.
2) when you do the web design for your site. Keep in mind Search engine optimization. do not try to use flash for the whole site, flash can not be understood by the search engine. Use rich contents on each page describing what each page is about.
3) have rich keywords in the title and the H1, write a good meta description to increase your click rate.
4) when you develop your site, try to split it to different pages, each page focuses on a specific topic. this will help you divide your keywords on the whole site instead of have it all on the home page.
